Development plans for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the images.
Furthermore included in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the substantial island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and features a legend identifying distinct parts of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, such as designs for marina coverings.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the current oversight release.
